Omaha Community

The Omaha community was birthed in 1997 with Jesuit companions from Creighton University.

Today the Omaha community is over 50 strong (not including many young Associate children), gathering several times a month at Creighton Prep High School’s extension building for faith sharing, liturgy, retreat and education. Many associates participate in the apostolate of Computers for Africa, the ILAC mission in the Dominican Republic, the Jesuit Middle School, Ignatian Volunteer Corps, Creighton Prep High School and Creighton University, and ministries of health care, environmental, and social justice.

To contact a leader of the Omaha community, write to subject line “Omaha inquiry.”
